Finance & Operations Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Finance and Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing accounting, operating, and recordkeeping support to the Finance Director in support of the organization. Ensuring prompt, courteous service to all United Way staff in their requests for support is a top priority for this position. Reliability and accuracy are essential.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Payroll / Accounts Payable / Office Management

Other Information/Requirements: 

High school diploma or GED plus two year accounting or business degree; prefer higher education degree in business/management/accounting/human resources
Two years of bookkeeping and payroll experience, preferably non-profit
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Excellent organizational skills, efficiency and accuracy with details
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and strong Excel skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks Pro
