Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Review/approve/post ledger transactions including AP/AR, cash receipts, journal entries, etc.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports
• Coordinate preparation for grantor and corporate audits
• Coordinate year-end closings
• Assist the Vice President of Finance & Administration in cash management
• Prepare and review ad hoc analyses
• Supervise accountants and file clerk
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ work experience in accounting and three years of management experience.
• Fund accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Abila MIP Fund Accounting software preferred.
• Able to travel in-state and occasionally out of state
• Valid NM driver’s license and pass a MVD records check
• Submit to a credit background check
