Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Finance Director is responsible for maintaining Casa Fortaleza financial records and managing grants, payroll, assuring all funds are tracked according to grants’ budgets. Reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing written and verbal financial reports to the Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and speak Spanish.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to social justice issues, such as immigrants' rights and the prevention and elimination of sexual violence.
