Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This is senior financial position at PVMC, a federally qualified helath center located in Pecos. Position is responsible for developing the organizational budget with ED and mgmt team, supervision of claims processing team and a/r, the a/p team and analysis of all financial data in a manor that educates the mgmt team and board about the financial status of PVMC so as to make informed decisions.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinating the annual A-133 audit, ensures training and skills of the finance team to ensure best use of the practice mgmt software.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA in accounting, finance or comparable field; min 8 yrs accounting, finance experience with increasing responsibilities, demonstrated familiarity with GAAP and FASB principles, min 3 yrs supervision and mgmt experience; excellent communicaiton an d collaborative working skills
