Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Finance Director provides oversight and leadership in the management, control, and reporting of unrestricted and/or restricted financial affairs, endowment, and/or agency funds for La Familia Medical Center (LFMC). Position provides leadership in payroll, contract and grant accounting, cash management, accounts payables/receivables, data control, and/or related fields.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of business administration or management in finance or accounting with a minimum of five (5) years job related experience. Healthcare accounting in a managed care environment is highly desirable. CPA preferred. Must have at least 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
