Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Finance Assistant provides processing support to the Finance Department including but not limited to cash receipts, W9s, accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliation, filing, invoices, and deposits.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain petty cash account, complete electronic bank deposits, assist with audits, prepare reimbursement invoices to contract agencies, other administrative duties.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Internet, and Database Management. Associates degree in accounting, business or office management preferred. Experience working in nonprofit organization preferred.
