Main Areas of Responsibility:
Perform clerical level accounting work such as AP processing, AR data input, grant report processing, reconciliations. This position will also be responsible for the administrative support of the office which includes; Board support, Greets and directs visitors; accepts, screens, and routes telephone calls. Distributes incoming and outgoing mail; and other tasks as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Comply with prescribed policies and procedures of the NB3 Foundation;
Create and demonstrate a positive, professional image and attitude as a representative of the NB3 Foundation to community members, donors and the public at all times; Participate in NB3 Foundation required meetings;
Other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
