Main Areas of Responsibility:
Experieced with Peachtree Accounting Software; Full operational accounting required. Full knowledge recording A/P, A/R, Payroll, GL entries; Financial reporting to Executicve Director, Finance Committee, and Board of Directors. Projects cash requirements and invests cash on short term basis. Coordinates and directs preparation of budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures. Analyze and report variences to ED and Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Mortgage and Escrow Administration: Manages and reconciles escrow cash account. Reconciles GL balance to computerized mortgage discount amortization. Oversees the maintenance of escrow accounts -- recording of mortgage/escrow payments to balance with mortgage software, insures escrow accounts support all tax and insurance fees per home.
