Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This exciting and challenging role oversees the CIS Site Coordinator Team, who work full-time inside high-poverty public schools to connect students to caring adults and culturally responsive community resources, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life, and engages in general program management.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain program materials and tools, manage program calendar, facilitate staff meetings, manage positive community partnerships

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master's degree in social work, public administration, education, or related field required
Minimum of 3 years in program management with direct supervisory experience
2 years working with public schools, public school districts, or comparable education environment
Demonstrated experience in cultural sensitivity and social emotional competency

Salary Range: 
$60k entry level to $80k for incumbent with at least 5 yrs experience + generous benefits package
