Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Field Coordinator will provide technical & personal support to RMYC crews in the field. This individual will oversee & deliver technical conservation trainings, & will have a strong in-field presence, supporting crew members in accordance with RMYC guidelines & the philosophy of Positive Youth Development. The Field Coordinator will play an active role in the personal & professional development of RMYC Crew Members.
