Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Primary relationship manager with each family, helping the families achieve community-based outcomes in the family support program. Ensuing families are in safe, decent and affordable housing; parents are in school or working; there is a strong support system for families; parents have completed classes at CLN; the children are happy, healthy, and reaching their age-level development milestones.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Associate's Degree in Family Studies, Social Work, or other similarly related field plus one year of experience with home visits and family case management. Bilingual English/ Spanish a must; sensitivity to cultural, language, and socioeconomic differences; experience with low-income or at-risk populations; strong in Excel and other MS Office software; TB test and vaccinations; pass NM Child Care licensing requirements in background check; valid driver's license and car insurance.
