Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Family, Infant, Toddler (FIT) Program. The FIT Manager will oversee the implementation of services for children ages birth to three with developmental delays and disabilities, ensuring compliance with federal and state early intervention guidelines. This leadership role combines program management, staff supervision, community outreach, and family engagement.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Lead the daily operations of the FIT Program, ensuring high-quality, family-centered early intervention services.
Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of early intervention professionals, including therapists, service coordinators, and administrative staff. Monitor and evaluate service delivery, documentation, and child/family outcomes. Provide professional development opportunities and mentorship to staff.
