Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Family Finding Specialist reports to the Advocate Manager and leads a team of volunteer advocates in specialized Family Finding assignments. The Family Finding Specialist provides quality supervision and guidance to volunteers performing specialized family finding and engagement services. Alongside the Advocate Manager the Family Finding Specialist will focus on the continuous development and improvement of CASA’s Family Finding efforts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Serve as a consultant in family finding and Family Finding to CASA supervisors. Coordinate and provide support with family finding activities for CASA supervisors and volunteers in their cases.
Conduct and document internet and database searches for family members of children and youth to whom CASA is appointed.
