Main Areas of Responsibility:
CLNkids is seeking a family case manger to establish relationships with parents who have experienced homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, and CYFD involvement. Case manager will work from a strengths-based model that links families with coordinated community resources to help them become re-housed and self-sufficient. Requires flexible on-call hours and response to situations that may have the potential to escalate.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Qualifications: AA in Social Work or related field. Bachelor's preferred. One year experience in family case management. Bilingual:English/Spanish. Strong administrative skills required, including attention to detail and ability to meet timelines. Experience with homelessness, low income, and at risk population.
