Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position provides direct support for Casa Esperanza families traveling to Albuquerque for treatment of serious medical conditions. This position requires extensive customer service and administrative responsibilities, as well as, compassionate, empathetic care of our guests.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Considerable database management responsibilities and use of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Outlook and Word).
• Multi-line phone system and on-call responsibilities
• Cash handling experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
