Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Family and Community Liaison position emphasizes the Adverse Childhood Experiences prevention program to reduce risk factors while providing long-term support by linking families with coordinated community resources to help them become re-housed and self-sufficient.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications: have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies, Social work or related field and one year experience with home visiting and family case management or other relevant education, experience or training; bilingual English / Spanish fluency; have previous experience working with homeless, low-income, or at-risk populations.
