Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Family Advoacacy Center (FAC) Coordination. Work with FAC agencies to create strategic partnerships and implement FAC related projects and initiatives. Help FAC agencies work collaboratively by identifying gaps in FAC services and working with agencies and APD to fill them. Support the FAC facility as needed. Identify FAC needs and find funding or in-kind resources.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Mission: Families Strategy Group Support: serve as lead staff for Ready Children & Ready Family Strategy Groups.
Family & Community Engagement: build effective working relationships with M:F volunteers, partners, community leaders ensuring youth, parents and other family members are represented in our work. Mission: Graduate Integration: provide support for the integration of youth & family voice into M:F work.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in social service/justice, nonprofit management, family/community engagement, public administration, business, or related field (Master's or higher level preferred) and three or more years of experience in a related field. Experience working directly with families or with programs that provide support to families. Experience working in a community outreach and/or engagement capacity.
