Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Facility Rentals Coordinator oversees the facility reservation and rental program for the JCC, an extremely busy, active facility that hosts a wide variety of events and activities, including meetings from 5-300, conferences, trainings, receptions, seminars, parties, celebrations, and memorial services. Highly organized, detail-oriented with outstanding customer service - a must!
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate all internal room uses by organizations on the JCC campus and rentals to members, businesses, the public. "Sell" the JCC’s rental facilities to potential users. Maintain, update, publish the weekly Facility Calendar, making sure that all information is carefully recorded and communicated to relevant staff/customers. Meet with customers to show the facility, prepare offers, options for services & pricing; prepare detailed facility rental contracts.
