Facilities Project Manager

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead renovation, repair, and improvement projects across 40+ locations statewide
Plan projects from concept to completion — scope, budget, timeline, and quality
Partner with program leaders to understand what staff and clients truly need
Ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA, life-safety, and regulatory standards
Oversee contractors, architects, and vendors with confidence and clarity

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Keep projects moving while programs continue operating safely
Track budgets and documentation for grant-funded and public contracts
Support preventive maintenance planning and long-term facility health
Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable solutions when possible
Perform other required duties

Other Information/Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, facilities management, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing facility, construction, or capital projects in multi‑site environments such as social services, healthcare, education, government, or commercial portfolios
Experienced in standard construction practices, building systems, and maintenance procedures
