Main Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains buildings, grounds, and equipment; conducts routine inspections; implements preventive maintenance; coordinates contractors; supervises volunteers; and responds to emergencies such as leaks, break-ins, or snow events. Ensures facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant while supporting daily operations through timely repairs and consistent upkeep across all spaces.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Cleans indoor areas, manages waste, handles rodent control, and oversees snow removal. Supports events with setup, takedown, and logistical assistance. Performs minor construction and electrical tasks, monitors inventory of supplies, and collaborates with staff to prepare facilities for programs, ensuring clean, accessible, and well-maintained environments year-round.
