Main Areas of Responsibility:
We’re seeking a very organized, collaborative, and resourceful person to be our next Group Experience Expert. An Experience Expert is assigned to groups at Ghost Ranch to ensure they have a wonderful event, whether a retreat, conference, family reunion, or wedding. This person is the primary point of contact for each group visit. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and brings a calm, welcoming presence to their work.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Work closely with the Sales Expert on contract details and event needs
Act as the primary contact for assigned groups
Coordinate group logistics, including room lists, dining, meeting spaces, and add-ons
Communicate group details to internal teams and ensure spaces and services are set up as planned
Welcome groups on arrival, assist with check-in, and arrange orientations
Check in with groups daily to support a smooth guest experience and resolve issues
Gather and share post-visit feedback
