Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are seeking an Executive & Operational Associate to provide a crucial role in supporting the CEO, COO and a liaison with the Board of Directors throughout Catholic Charities. They will be responsible for performing a wide variety of complex, confidential, administrative and analytical duties. They will assist with streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to budget across all departments/centers.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
BA degree in business, operations management, or related field; OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum of 2 years’ experience in an executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives; minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operational or similar role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials. Excellent interpersonal communication and research skills.
