Main Areas of Responsibility:
Serves as the Chief Officer of Facilities operations and provides vision, leadership, strategic planning, policies, goals and oversight in the management of the college-wide resources in facilities, grounds and physical plant operations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Supervises staff, which includes prioritizing and assigning work
• Conducting performance evaluations
• Ensuring staff is trained
• Ensuring employees follow policies and procedures
• Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
• Making hiring, termination, and disciplinary recommendations
