Main Areas of Responsibility:
Administrative, operational, budget and financial management. Community outreach, grant writing, fundraising. Maintain compliance with contracts with third party insurance companies and Medicaid and Medicare requirements. Lead effort, with Board, to understand and implement any applicable requirements of the Affordable Care Act, including electronic health records and outcome-based standards.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain compliance with administrative aspects of the professional and ethical standards of the various behavioral health professions. Oversee the work of the Clinical Director. Provide staffing for the Board of Directors and prepare for, and attend, quarterly Board meetings.
