Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Administrative, operational, budget and financial management. Community outreach, grant writing, fundraising. Maintain compliance with contracts with third party insurance companies and Medicaid and Medicare requirements. Lead effort, with Board, to understand and implement any applicable requirements of the Affordable Care Act, including electronic health records and outcome-based standards.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain compliance with administrative aspects of the professional and ethical standards of the various behavioral health professions. Oversee the work of the Clinical Director. Provide staffing for the Board of Directors and prepare for, and attend, quarterly Board meetings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Graduate degree in health or behavioral health-related field or a bachelor or masters in business administration .Applicant must have significant experience managing a nonprofit agency or equivalent experience, with a thorough understanding of budgeting and financial management. Knowledge and experience in health-related systems of care (primary health and /or mental health) and integrated client care.
