Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The New Mexico CASA Association Seeks Executive Director Alb, NM (Consideration may be made for an alternate location in the future)
This position is responsible for developing and managing a highly effective nonprofit CASA state organization in New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Working in partnership with the CASA Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be responsible for:
Organizational Development
Network Development
Board Development
Financial Management & Fund Development
State and National Representation & Leadership
Personnel Management
Marketing & Branding

Other Information/Requirements: 

Experience, Qualifications and Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred
• 3- 5 years of experience in an executive leadership role or a similar involvement working with a Board of Directors
• Previous experience working in a non-profit or philanthropic organization preferred
