Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Full-time Executive Director needed at New Horizons Developmental Center, Carrizozo. The Center is a 19 bed, long-term health care facility for developmentally disabled adults. Director will be responsible for personnel and programs for the Center, as well as fiscal management.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Administration - manage, direct, supervise, participate, maintain, and enforce
insurance of facilities, vehicles, personnel, liability, contracts and agreements, audits, and Survey participation.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience necessary in the fields of developmental disabilities, supervision, management and administration. QMRP (Qualified Mental Retardation Professional) certification preferred.
