Main Areas of Responsibility:
Leading the planning and implementation of the organization’s fundraising efforts (grant-writing, membership drive, events, securing government contracts); serving as the spokesperson for the organization; building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, members, funders, policymakers, and community members; hiring and supervising staff and contractors; and working with the board to develop and implement a strategic vision for the organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Minimum qualifications for the position are a bachelor’s degree or higher and three or more years professional experience in a related field; demonstrated success with fundraising, staff management, and building strategic partnerships; knowledge of Santa Fe’s social, and political, and environmental context preferred.
