Main Areas of Responsibility:
Lead strategic planning, fundraising, budget preparation, board development, and public relations.
Manage all activities of the organization.
Hire and discharge general managers of TSH; oversee their activities.
Ensure sufficient food and funding resources to accomplish the organization’s mission.
Participate as an ex officio nonvoting member of the Board of Directors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Expand relationships with external constituents.
Partner with other entities for mutual benefit.
Maintain collegial relationships with Directors, staff and outside advisors.
