Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director's main responsibilities include leading programs, development/fundraising, communications, personnel management, external and market relations, finance/budgeting, Board governance support, and building management, ensuring all functions align with the SFFMI mission.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The ED also stewards relationships with the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market (Market) board, CEO, staff, and vendors. They engage external constituents like donors, government reps, farmers, and media, and handle commercial leasing and building management, along with any other assigned duties.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10 years of nonprofit or organization-level leadership experience, including proven fundraising success and experience with nonprofit boards. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
