Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure an authentic Catholic ethos for all CPF activities and programs,ongoing local program excellence through program evaluation and over site of administration, fundraising, communications, and systems to achieve goals. Engage and energize all CPF employees, volunteers, board members, event committees, partnering organizations, and funders.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Fundraising & Communications
. Expand local revenue generating and organizing fundraising activities to support existing CPF program operations and regional goals and development. Deepen and refine all aspects of communications-from web presence to social media exposure with the goal of creating a stronger and viable presence in our region and nation

Other Information/Requirements: 

Reporting to the CPF Board, the ED will have strategic and operational responsibilities. As ED you will be expected to lead all financial development activity. The ED will manage and operate providing leadership, direction, and accountability. The ED will develop deep understanding and ties to our diocese and effectively nurture all existing and future relationships that help provide growth for the CPF. A practicing Catholic in good standing with the church.
