Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead Casa Esperanza’s mission by overseeing a $1.2M budget, managing a small dedicated team, and guiding operations, partnerships, and organizational vision. The Executive Director plays a hands-on role in daily operations, fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement to support families facing medical crises.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Strengthen financial systems, modernize policies, and support staff and board development during a period of organizational renewal. Provide on-call support, assist with front desk needs, and foster a collaborative, people-centered culture. Ideal for a compassionate leader committed to meaningful, hands-on impact.

Casa Esperanza is Albuquerque’s home away from home for patients and families facing serious medical challenges. Our 28-room facility near major hospitals provides safe lodging, compassion, and community. Through donor support and programs like Give Hope a Ride, we ensure that no one faces illness alone while receiving essential care in Albuquerque.
