Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in resource development, program and budget management, and community outreach and advocacy. Candidates should have a strong understanding of and connection with the people and organizations that support New Mexico’s food and agriculture system

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Executing the multi-year strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including individual giving, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants.
Serving as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the organization at public events and in media, cultivating relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the mission, values, and goals.

Salary Range: 
Depending on Experience $90,000 - $115,000 with a generous benefit package
