Youth Heartline seeks a visionary Executive Director to lead a dynamic organization providing essential services in rural counties in northeast New Mexico.

Primary Duties:
Leadership and Strategic Oversight
Internal Management & Staff Development
Fiscal Management
Board and External Relations

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Youth Heartline improves positive long-term outcomes and access to services by reducing risk factors and barriers for underserved children and families in Colfax, Taos, and Union Counties in northeast New Mexico.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Preferred skills:
▪ Spanish or Tiwa language skills
▪ Experience in Executive leadership and/or Board positions
▪ Experience in Government Grant management
▪ Experience with the Office of Victims of Crime or Department of Justice programs
▪ Experience with donor giving
▪ Ability to create and/or understand budgets as strategic documents.
▪ Demonstrated successful grant writing experience
