Main Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate is responsible to the Board of Trustees for the administration and management of the organization; to manage, either directly or through assigned staff and volunteers, the fund-raising, community building, fund distribution and communications activities toward the development of a responsive, integrated local health and human service system. The nature of this position requires developing and implementing innovative solutions to intractable challenges.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Skills: Ability to direct staff, management of organizational resources, gain and maintain support and confidence of a broad cross-section of the community, outstanding communications skills and organizational skills, ability to motivate people (including volunteers), and basic understanding of financial matters. In addition, the candidate must have demonstrated their skills in developing bold, innovative solutions to intractable challenges and problems.
