Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Executive Director for The Arc of New Mexico, a non-profit advocacy, education, and support organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Mexico, seeks a dedicated and experienced leader to guide and manage the organization pursuant to its mission, vision and core values.
Reports to The Arc of New Mexico Board of Directors.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS
NON-PROFIT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate work or Master’s degree desired.
• Five or more years leadership experience
• Combination of education and experience.
