Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Essential Duties:
The Executive Director is responsible for motivating, leading, and managing all staff, organizational
administration and operations, program development and supervision, financial management, and
strategic planning. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and engaging member congregations.
The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
Administration (This is an estimated 40% of the position)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Fundraising (This is an estimated 40% of time)
Overall, drive and develop fundraising to guarantee the organization’s financial sustainability.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Employee Requirements
1. Employee must have experience being or working in multicultural environments. Experience
working specifically with refugees, immigrants, asylum-seekers and the precariously housed is
preferred but not required.
2. A Bachelor degree is required, a Master’s degree is preferred.

Salary Range: 
$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 depending on experience
