Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director is responsible for overall program management, program compliance, new program development, and strategic planning. Acquires funding to sustain the agency. Networks and advocates for the agency with businesses, community leaders legislators. Develops and carries out policies and procedures. Reports to the Board of Directors monthly. Exercises judgment in all agency related matters.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a human services field and two years of administrative/supervisory experience, Independently licensed, or eligible for licensure
One year experience with grant writing, fund raising and/or fund development
Significant experience, public relations, and program planning with demonstrated communication/leadership skills
Must have knowledge of domestic violence issues (victim, child, abuser)
