Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Support Board and three established working committees
• Drive strategic planning and implementation
• Ensure EOLONM’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• Increase revenues from individuals, foundations, businesses, public agencies
• Manage EOLONM’s budget/finances and maintain administrative systems
• Manage/recruit/train volunteer, staff and contractors
• Create/cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
• Maintain/develop high quality communications
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Senior non-profit management experience; budgeting/fundraising experience; strong marketing, public relations, communication and writing skills; collaboration and relationship-building skills; familiarity with New Mexico cultures and diverse populations; strong computer skills; a commitment to ethical business practices and experience with end-of-life issues.
Salary Range:
Half to Full-time; to be negotiated, as an employee or contractor based upon the NM marketplace for nonprofit leadership.
