Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director (ED) is the key management leader of the Northern Youth Project. They are responsible for managing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The ED liaises between the Board of Directors, employees, participants, and community partners. The ED works with the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with 501c3 status, approve and manage the financial plan, organizational budget, and strategic plan.

Other Information/Requirements: 

● A bachelor’s degree.
● Experience leading a team.
● Three or more years of nonprofit experience.
● Experience working with youth.
● Passion for Art, and the Environment.
● Strong financial management skills
● Care for the community.

Salary Range: 
$21.00-$25.00 per hour Depending on Experience
