Main Areas of Responsibility: 

S.A.F.E. House is looking for an experienced Executive Director to oversee all agency operations, functions, and activities. You will be the key management leader of S.A.F.E. House, New Mexico’s largest intimate domestic violence shelter. You will oversee the administration, programs, and oversight of 35 committed staff. You will report directly to the Board of Directors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

You will work with the board and staff to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning, and community outreach. You will oversee all programs, including on-site shelter and shelter services, non-shelter services, including oversight of the shelter campus and facilities, fiscal management, grant writing, and contract management.
