Main Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate should demonstrate relevant experience in the nonprofit sector, including coalition-building, organizational development, staff oversite, program development and implementation, strategic planning, and revenue generation. Direct experience in education and/or environmental conservation is beneficial, but not required.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
TTYL’s Executive Director will oversee all facets of the organization’s operations and mission fulfillment. The Executive Director will work closely with Senior Staff and Board to create and implement the organizations’ strategic plan. The Executive Director will serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $65,000 annually
