Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Youth Shelters and Family Services is seeking a collaborative, resourceful, reliable, thorough and flexible leader with extensive experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector, as the Executive Director. This individual will lead a group of individuals dedicated to the mission of helping youth experiencing homelessness and will provide direction in fulfilling and advancing the organization's mission.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is responsible for the effective administration of program operations and grants, the fiscal integrity of the organization, for working closely with collaborative partners, governmental entities, and private organizations, and for communicating effectively with the volunteer Board of Directors. This position reports to the Board of Directors and is located at YSFS headquarters in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
