Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is the key manager and leader of NRGNHA, and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of NRGNHA, including administration, federal reports, programs, grants, and the organization’s strategic plan.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director is responsible for expanding programs to the diverse communities in Northern New Mexico (Taos, Santa Fe, Rio Arriba counties) with a mission to promote traditions and history of the area, support groups through grants, and preserve and promote traditional knowledge through new avenues that create economic opportunities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, community development and planning, non-profit management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Five (5) years of senior level nonprofit management and leadership experience; demonstrated success in managing federal grant programs and budgets; experience working with nonprofit boards and managing staff; Excellent communication skills.
