Community Options, Inc., an innovative non-profit seeks a qualified Executive Director to develop and operate programs for persons with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries in Albuquerque, NM. The selected candidate must have excellent communication skills, management ability, budget experience, and be willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Proficiency in the allocation of staff metrics and development, knowledge of state and federal funding, marketing, fund raising and program development is a must! Candidate must be a quick learner, have a strong presence, be relentless in business expansion and have a strong commitment to quality assurance and advocacy. Experience in support services with persons with disabilities is a must!
