Main Areas of Responsibility: 

NAMI-NM seeks a dynamic leader to serve as Executive Director. The ED is the chief executive, fundraiser, advocate, and program leader. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director manages NAMI New Mexico’s team,
including staff and volunteers.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties and responsibilities include fundraising, board support, partnership management,
marketing and outreach, staff management, event planning, strategic planning, and budget development and oversight. A detailed description is available upon request or by reviewing the job posting on indeed.com.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Graduation with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Health and Human Services, or related field; with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in nonprofit organizations in an administrative capacity; and a minimum of three (3) years of supervision experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
