Main Areas of Responsibility:
Seeking a passionate advocate to lead this organization with vision. The Executive Director is a full-time leader responsible for overseeing staff, programming, strategic planning, fiscal health, community outreach, and overall vision of the organization. The ED will have the support of an engaged Board of Directors. Previous experience in the non-profit sector with regards to large-scale program development, board of directors, fiscal development, and management and leadership is a plus.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Desired Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration with minimum of three years related experience in administration of volunteer, non-profit, or public service agency or Demonstrate strong skills in fiscal management, resource development and maintenance, agency and program planning, and public relations. Previous experience working with volunteers and knowledge and understanding of child abuse and neglect, families in crisis, and other social services skills are given priority.
