Global Ties ABQ seeks candidates who demonstrate a commitment to leading an organization that engages with international relations, prioritizes community leadership, and manifests diplomacy. Candidates with experience working with international communities and business and community leaders are highly encouraged to apply. Salary $45K-$50K DOQ.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Staff Management, Community Outreach, Financial Management, Fund Raising, Organizational Development.

Qualifications
● Passionate citizen diplomacy.
● Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
● Experience in managing a team.
● Strong professional connections in Albuquerque, NM.
● Experience with advocating to elected officials and working with federal and state agencies and grants.
