Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director’s core responsibilities can be divided into the following categories: leadership and management of Foundation staff, strategic planning, fiscal management, human resources, fundraising and donor relations, communications, and community outreach. The Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Directors in leading the Foundation Staff and advancing the Foundation’s mission, objectives, and priorities.
