Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Need experience in the field of developmental disabilities, supervision, management and administration. Knowledge of federal DD programs and resources, budget preparation, and implementation. Day-to-day operation of a group home.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ability to be innovative and promote innovation among staff members. Establish effective working relationships with the public, community, state and federal representatives.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master's degree from an accredited college. Five years experience in the field of DD, supervision, management, and administration. Must have a NM State Driver's License, and do some travel. Must be able to pass a physical, background check, and TB test.
