Main Areas of Responsibility:
RCCCNM seeks a dynamic leader to serve as Executive Director of a nonprofit agency. Masters Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Public Admin, Business Admin, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Candidates must have 5 years supervisory and admin management experience in a nonprofit setting, strong knowledge of sexual assault issues and the connection to other forms of oppression, 3-5 years experience in underserved communities and financial management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Demonstrated effectiveness of successfully obtaining grant funding. foundation proposals and other fundraising, working with federal, state and local funding sources and human resources management.
Knowledge of strategic planning, program design and development. Strong media and community outreach skills.
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience. Medical/dental benefits. Paid time off.
